Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Rides Integration team, someone passionate about building resilient compliance and integration foundations, who will own the direction of our regulatory and eligibility platforms and work closely with engineers, legal, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that safeguard Bolt while enabling sustainable growth across markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Rides Integrity domain, setting clear priorities aligned with regulatory, operational, and strategic objectives
  • Lead product discovery across regulatory requirements, integration constraints, and risk drivers to inform scalable and future-proof decisions
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of platform systems, from concept through launch and continuous iteration, in close partnership with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Design scalable compliance and integration frameworks that balance global standardisation with local regulatory nuances across markets
  • Own the integration lifecycle for critical third-party providers, covering entity management, dispatch, financial transactions, and compliance monitoring
  • Improve data integrity, auditability, and enforcement consistency through strong governance, performance monitoring, and clear product documentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development or a related role, ideally within tech, mobility, or other regulated environments, with exposure to platform products, integrations, compliance, fintech, or marketplaces
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments where multiple stakeholders and constraints intersect
  • Technically fluent and comfortable discussing APIs, data exchange standards, system architecture, and third-party integrations with engineering teams
  • Strong analytical skills with sound judgment, using data and system-level insights to prioritise effectively in environments shaped by regulatory and operational demands
  • Strengths include systems thinking and attention to detail, enabling you to design durable, scalable solutions while confidently managing complex cross-system dependencies across technical and regulatory environments
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively
