Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in category management, product management, or strategic marketing within the Marine, Powersports, or comparable technical/consumer‑durable industries, with demonstrated impact on portfolio performance
  • Deep business and financial acumen, including proficiency in P&L management, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and ROI assessment
  • Highly developed analytical and market‑insight capabilities, with a track record of translating consumer, competitive, and category data into actionable strategy and compelling business cases
  • Exceptional communication and executive‑level influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional alignment, drive decision‑making, and present persuasively to senior leadership
