Job Description:

Join us as a Product Manager and help shape the future of women’s health, driving the success of our menopause and osteoporosis portfolio. You’ll develop and execute impactful marketing strategies, collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams, and represent Theramex at major scientific congresses. This role is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute strategic and operational marketing plans, including budget management and multichannel communication
  • Coordinate campaigns, manage agencies, and adapt global strategies to local needs
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and stakeholders during congresses and scientific events (business travel required)
  • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Occasionally (<10%) provide promotional medical information in full compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical sector in marketing or sales roles
  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in marketing, healthcare industry, science, pharmacy, or business school with a specialization in healthcare
  • Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals and managing cross-functional projects
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare marketing, regulatory frameworks and digital tools
  • Strong leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in English, agile, open-minded and motivated by improving women's health
