Job Description:

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Products, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our cross-functional teams to build meaningful product experiences that delight our users and drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for an entry-to-mid-level product manager who thrives at the intersection of user needs, product development, and data-driven decision-making—and who is passionate about shaping the future of digital reading for kids.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct deep user research and translate qualitative findings into product requirements
  • Apply standard PM methodologies to improve user flow and engagement
  • Bring innovative, 'out of the box' ideas to the user experience design process

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of PM experience with a strong grasp of product methodology
  • Strong communication skills
  • comfortable conducting interviews and workshops
  • Willingness to 'do the dirty work' of deep-dive research
