We're looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Products, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our cross-functional teams to build meaningful product experiences that delight our users and drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for an entry-to-mid-level product manager who thrives at the intersection of user needs, product development, and data-driven decision-making—and who is passionate about shaping the future of digital reading for kids.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct deep user research and translate qualitative findings into product requirements
Apply standard PM methodologies to improve user flow and engagement
Bring innovative, 'out of the box' ideas to the user experience design process
Requirements:
2–5 years of PM experience with a strong grasp of product methodology
Strong communication skills
comfortable conducting interviews and workshops
Willingness to 'do the dirty work' of deep-dive research
