The Prediction Markets team’s mission is to expand access to sophisticated financial instruments by making them intuitive and accessible to retail traders. We focus on launching new products such as futures and event-based contracts, including sports prediction markets. As a Product Manager, you will lead initiatives within one of Robinhood’s newest business lines—prediction markets. You’ll shape the future of how users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision-making and creating thoughtful, engaging experiences for our retail audience. This is an opportunity to drive new product innovation from the ground up!

Job Responsibility:

Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and researchers to deliver new prediction market and event-based trading experiences
Define product strategy and roadmap for prediction markets and related offerings
Translate user insights into thoughtful product decisions that balance simplicity, compliance, and trading sophistication
Launch new products from zero-to-one, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
Use data, experimentation, and market analysis to guide prioritization and measure success

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products
Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Motivated to self-starter and scrappy

Nice to have:

Experience working in fintech or sports prediction markets
