A leading HR and payroll technology provider is looking for a Platform Product Manager to own and grow its integrated SaaS platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and define the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider product strategy
  • Build and evolve the integration architecture connecting multiple SaaS products
  • Develop and manage the organisation’s API strategy and platform infrastructure
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to implement AI and automation capabilities across the platform
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure the platform supports reliability, scalability, and high performance
  • Enhance the end-to-end customer experience across integrated products

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience working on platform products, integrations, or product ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architecture
  • Exposure to AI or automation technologies within software products
  • Solid technical understanding of SaaS platforms and system integrations
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and data teams
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear product features and customer value
