Job Description:

Architect the core engine of our nationwide logistics platform by bridging the gap between complex system architecture and high-growth marketplace operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the CTO to align platform priorities with engineering capacity and nationwide business strategy
  • Turn complex business needs into high-quality product specs, user stories, and technical requirements
  • Act as the bridge between Operations, Marketplace teams, and Engineering to ensure our 'Right Shell' approach is reflected in our systems
  • Define and track key platform metrics like uptime, latency, and API adoption to ensure our engine is built to last
  • Serve as the primary product stakeholder in sprint planning, retrospectives, and execution alongside distributed engineering teams
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert for LoadUp's infrastructure, championing security, reliability, and modern software delivery practices

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and how they drive marketplace performance
  • 2+ years of PM experience, with at least 1 year specifically in platform, infrastructure, or technical product environments
  • Proficiency with tools like Looker or Mixpanel to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ability to distill complex system architecture into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
