Suno is seeking a Product Manager to help shape how people experience Suno through industry-leading approaches to safety. In this role, you will develop impactful roadmaps and drive strategic initiatives that ensure our products and model deployments are aligned with both user experience and technical innovation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead with a user-centric perspective, especially around areas like content moderation, intellectual property, harassment and abuse prevention, and protection of minors and creators
Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps that balance rapid innovation with thoughtful, scalable safeguards
Drive safety and trust initiatives across all products
Develop and refine frameworks and tools for identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks across our platform
Establish metrics and feedback loops that help Suno monitor user experience, detect emerging safety challenges, and measure impact over time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Partner with external teams and industry peers on best practices and the latest technologies for safety
Requirements:
6+ years of product management or related roles, with specialty in trust & safety, content moderation, community integrity, or related domains
Expertise in the field of platform safety from a technical perspective
Strong analytical skills with a bias toward actionable insights
