Job Responsibility
Collaborate with tech, design and broader stakeholders to define and deliver a strategy and roadmap that enables our platform, business and client objectives
Lead the strategic direction of complex, back-end driven platform capabilities, system architectures, and user journey / experience flows that power the Ads Manager platform
Define foundational systems, rules, and frameworks that can be scaled and re-used across multiple teams and programs within the Ads Manager platform
Translate complex backend requirements and capabilities into intuitive, scalable client experiences and use cases, partnering closely with other experience owners to deliver
Partner closely with engineers, designers, and other product owners to align on system capabilities, constraints, and the most elegant ways to surface technical functionality to the user
Champion product best practices, experimentation, and ensure the voice of the Client is represented in the products and platforms you manage
Requirements
Proven solid experience in product management roles, demonstrating expertise in simplifying complex technical strategies for diverse audiences
Domain knowledge in retail media, eCommerce platforms, complex SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or internal tooling
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities, combined with exceptional communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail, consistently maintaining quality standards while ensuring a client-centric perspective in all work and decision-making processes
Demonstrate accountability and a proactive attitude, fostering excellent collaboration within team environments and maintaining a growth mindset that incorporates feedback
