Job Responsibility:
Strategic Brand Planning: Conduct in-depth market and consumer insight studies to develop robust brand strategies for their Respiratory Portfolio that capture market share and drive long-term growth
End-to-End Execution & Optimization: Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans while meticulously managing brand budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and document all marketing activities against quantified targets, performing post-mortem analyses to develop data-driven mitigation plans and improvements
Integrated Communications & Leadership: Develop comprehensive advertising and communication plans aligned with business objectives, while providing guidance and mentorship to junior marketing staff
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management and pharmaceutical marketing
Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred
Dedicated to fostering strong customer-first philosophy with proven ability to satisfy diverse stakeholder requirements
Capable of working independently and commitment to team success
