Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role in shaping Circle K's global personalization initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in product management
  • Focus on loyalty programs, CRM, and customer lifecycle management
  • Solid understanding of personalization strategies across digital and in-store channels
  • Exposure to marketing automation or personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign)
  • Ability to contribute to product discovery by gathering and translating requirements into backlog items
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior data and campaign performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive in spotting pain points and opportunities
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
