Job Responsibility:

  • Contributing to the product vision for Investor Allocation Product modules
  • Distill the vision into product roadmap and feature specifications by requirement gathering and solutioning
  • Collaborate with technologists to translate the Product Specification to design and eventual product
  • Articulate business case, ROI, Budgets & timelines
  • communicate with all stakeholders including clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to keep industry pulse and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with product Managers across the product groups on cross cutting programs

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years in Investor Allocation, including 2+ years in product management
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Investor Allocation for Hedge Funds and Institutional Asset Managers
  • Proven expertise in complex fund structures (master-feeder, side pockets, hybrid vehicles), multi-currency and unitization
  • Strong working knowledge of diverse fee models (management, performance, hurdle rates, high-water mark, tiered fees)
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Outstanding academic background and the passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
