A major payroll and HR technology provider is hiring a Product Manager with strong payroll experience to help build the future of its payroll platform. Following the acquisition of an innovative payroll product from a specialist software company, the business is now investing heavily in a brand-new payroll platform that will replace its legacy system and power the next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly formed product team working on a greenfield platform focused on innovation, new capabilities, and helping the business win new customers while upgrading existing ones.
Job Responsibility:
Owning the 12–18 month roadmap for the payroll platform
Defining feature priorities and identifying product gaps
Working closely with engineering, payroll experts and leadership
Supporting customer migration from legacy payroll systems
Ensuring UK payroll legislative compliance
Using product metrics and customer insight to guide decisions
Enabling sales teams to win new customers and upgrade existing ones
Requirements:
Product Manager with experience in payroll software
Strong understanding of UK payroll processes
Experience building SaaS products
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and cross-functional teams
Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to demonstrate impact
The successful candidate MUST have Payroll experience
