Support delivery by leading planning and backlog refinement, ensuring teams are focused on the most valuable outcomes
Validate delivered functionality against intended business behaviour and product goals, and use feedback and data to inform next steps.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or in a closely related product role within a software or financial services environment
Proven experience owning and evolving products that involve complex business processes, ideally in fintech, payments or accounting domains

Experience using product and delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Experience defining, tracking and iterating on product KPIs in a product-led organisation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align different perspectives and drive decisions
