Job Responsibility

  • Understand and know the roadmap and overall product strategy
  • Prioritize which new features in the backlog will be added to the product
  • Understand the customer needs and be able to interpret customer feedback
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve business goals
  • Proactively support project and/or business by creating project documents, timelines that identify key milestones and additional resources needed on selected project(s)
  • Serve as the voice & champion of POA by driving the growth of the analytics program in a methodical & orderly manner with proper business controls and reporting built into the program
  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on a broad view of the organization
  • Work directly with vendors and business partners to resolve issues and in a timely manner
  • Facilitate project teams and present updates to leadership, influencing various internal (cross-functional/segment) and external parties (e.g., vendor management)
  • Identify issues that may stall project and address them by either direct resolution, creating an alternative solution, or escalation to leadership
  • Track progress and communicate project(s) status on a regular basis to all impacted parties
  • Build communication plans for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management/ownership experience
  • 3+ years of product management skills such as developing roadmaps, driving deliverables, partnering with key stakeholders, and a strong technical knowledge of products and systems
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience
