Job Description

You’ll own the strategy and execution of our Partner Portal, API platform and partner experience, ensuring that partners of all types can integrate, launch and grow with myPOS with ease. You’ll work together with Engineering, Sales and Integration support teams to deliver friction-free onboarding, flexible integration capabilities and data-driven insights that delight partners and drive customer success for both myPOS and our partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the product strategy for our partner portal and API ecosystem, aligning with company growth goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other product teams to define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria whilst ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle – discovery, ideation, development, testing, launch and post-launch monitoring – for all partner-facing capabilities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, run competitive analysis and experiment with revenue-share / marketplace models
  • Ensure compliance with security, data-privacy and regulatory requirements across multiple European markets
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Product Manager for a B2B product (or similar role)
  • Experience in marketplace and partner ecosystem flows
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse usage metrics, identify growth levers and model revenue opportunities
  • Solid grasp of modern API design and developer-first documentation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
