We’re rebuilding our product foundations, reimagining our apps, and using AI to create smarter, faster, more intuitive experiences for millions of guests and thousands of property owners. We’ve already made several key product hires, now we’re scaling further. This is your chance to join and help shape the future of travel experiences. Property owners are the heart of our business. Your mission: Give them the tools, insights, and automation they need to perform at their absolute best. As Product Manager (Owner Operations & Performance), you will own the systems that enable owners to thrive - from compliance and onboarding to pricing optimisation, performance insights, issue resolution, and quality management.

  • Streamline operational processes - onboarding quality checks, compliance, listing changes, and issue tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, customer service, and engineering teams to identify pain points and deliver automation or self-service improvements
  • Develop data-informed features that give owners timely insights and nudges to optimise performance and reduce inbound support
  • Work with UX and engineering to deliver valuable, usable, and feasible product changes
  • Measure outcomes using clear metrics to ensure product improvements drive value for both owners and the business

Requirements

  • Experienced Product Manager with strong fundamentals: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, stakeholder management
  • Excellent communicator who simplifies complexity and drives clarity
  • Commercial mindset, comfortable working with data, feedback, and operational inputs to define priorities
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery
  • Passion for improving how people work through technology and workflow optimisation
  • In-depth understanding of B2C customer behaviour and trends

Nice to have

  • Experience in travel, property, ops-heavy, or service-led industries
  • Familiarity with operations tooling, performance management, or workflow automation products

What we offer

  • Annual bonus scheme linked to company performance
  • 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service
  • Birthday day off + 2 volunteering days per year
  • Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay)
  • Discounts on stays with our brands + wellbeing offers
  • Health cash plan & life assurance
  • Training & development opportunities
  • 24/7 mental health support
  • On-site gym and parking at Chester HQ (near train station)
