This is a permanent full-time position based in our office in Kontich and reporting directly to Sales & Marketing Director - BENELUX. As a Product Manager, you will have a key role in driving the success of the business for the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote our products to the target audience, generate demand, and increase sales.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a partner for the sales team to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
Be the commercial resource in the commercialization process to make recommendations on the progress of new projects based on the business case
Work closely with R&D and the supply chain to ensure a high success rate in bringing new products to market
Manage the product throughout its Lifecycle, this includes gathering and prioritizing product, customer requirements, defining the product vision
Define and execute all marketing, advertising, promotion plans, and communications activities
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current competitive environment and industry trends
Analyze and report the performance of the brands and assess the ROI of marketing activities
Lead the media agency briefing based on approved yearly marketing plan, agreed brand strategy and budget, and follow the day-to-day work
Prepare and give presentations to internal and external target groups (e.g., training of the sales group on marketing material)
Manage KOL
Requirements:
Graduated (bachelor’s or a master’s degree) in marketing or business administration
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the wound care market for Rx and OTC sectors
Dutch native speaker and fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
Customer-oriented: able to explore clients’ needs by carrying out market analysis and by being out in the field
Very comfortable with numerical data and their analysis (Excel, Power BI)
Strong planning and organization skills in order to identify and prepare the key commercial events in your markets
Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and eager to implement and take ownership of new projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Willing to travel, including overnight stays
