Product Manager - Opterra Financial Data Stack (FDS)

• Craft the product vision for Arcesium's transaction and reference data modules which offer master data management and asset servicing capabilities for investment management firms
• Distill the vision into product roadmap and product/feature specifications by requirement gathering and business analysis
• Work closely with the engineers/architects to translate the product specification to design, and then to the product itself
• Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight by leveraging the created test cases/beds and ensure compliance to the product/feature specification and the vision
• Be involved in conducting competitor analysis
• Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets and communicate with all stakeholders, prepare project plans, release notes, etc.
• Work with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

• 7+ years of overall work experience
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management
• Comprehensive expertise in the end-to-end post-trade lifecycle across diverse asset classes, encompassing both buy-side and sell-side operations within investment firms
• Good understanding of post-trade life cycle in asset management
• Experience in working closely with engineering teams
• Outstanding academic background & passion to work in a high-tech software development environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality
• A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude

Understanding of different financial instruments and their lifecycle is preferred
