We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (Oncology) who is accountable to lead the strategic direction to the Marketing Team based on long-term plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver key product selling points and strategy to customers within a portfolio management framework in line with customer segment priorities
  • Engage with customers and external stakeholders to make sure the delivery of exceptional experience within service-oriented mindset
  • Flawlessly executes Global Integrated Campaigns appropriately updated to address the persona of the customer and or customer segment including F2F and digital
  • Understands business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, deliver Rx share growth and increase touchpoints
  • Develops a media plan in line with Global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with the Global campaign objectives and use of the marketing mix

Requirements

  • University degree from a recognized university, preferably in marketing / medical/pharmacy
  • Minimum 8 years experiences in a marketing management position in reputable Pharmaceutical Company
  • Able to work independently based on agreed product objectives and strategies to reach company target approved
  • Proactively work on identification of new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated skills of leadership and strategic thinking
  • Good communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess content knowledge of marketing strategy development and product knowledge / therapeutic area knowledge
