The Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of our eCommerce platforms. This individual is responsible for leveraging customer insights, analytics, and market trends to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring our mobile, desktop, and app platforms deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role collaborates closely with engineering teams to bring innovative products and solutions to market, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with leadership to define the product vision and align it with overarching business and digital strategy
Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, bugs, and tasks using customer value, business goals, and team capacity as guiding factors
Serve as the primary point of contact between development teams and business stakeholders
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support engineering execution
Leverage customer insights, analytics, and research to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions
Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle management—from concept to development, launch, optimization, and iteration
Foster continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and new approaches to solve customer problems
Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance product capabilities and stay ahead of digital trends
Lead change by advocating for user‑centered design and agile product development practices
Requirements:
5+ years of related experience in product management, specifically within eCommerce or digital product environments
Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products, from conception through launch and iteration
Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong bias toward data‑based decision‑making
Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
Master’s degree in a related field
Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI‑ACP, or AIPMM Product Management credentials
Experience in B2B, supply chain, or office‑products industry verticals
