Job Description:

EveryMatrix is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our internal communication platform. This role focuses on integrating and enabling multiple communication channels, including email gateways, SMS vendors, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages. You will own the roadmap, ensure seamless delivery, and drive innovation to create a unified, reliable, and scalable communication experience for our internal business units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the product vision and roadmap for EveryMatrix’s internal communication platform
  • Integrate and optimize multiple communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, inbox messaging, and on-site messages
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners to ensure robust and compliant integrations with email gateways and SMS providers
  • Define and prioritize features that improve message delivery, personalization, and engagement across all channels
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the communication platform
  • Work closely with internal business units to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that meet operational and regulatory needs
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as delivery rates, latency, and engagement, and drive continuous improvements
  • Stay ahead of trends in communication technology and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Own documentation, workflows, and specifications to ensure clarity and accessibility across teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for communication-related topics across the organization

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in communication platforms or messaging systems
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel communication technologies, including email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Experience managing integrations with third-party vendors and APIs
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience improving KPIs such as delivery success and engagement rates
  • Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to completion

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of compliance and security considerations in messaging and communication systems is a plus
  • iGaming experience is not required but considered beneficial
