At myPOS, our mobile apps play a key role in how merchants manage and grow their businesses. In this role, you’ll take ownership of defined areas of our mobile product and help deliver reliable, intuitive features used daily by thousands of merchants. You’ll contribute to product decisions that improve customer experience and business outcomes, while working closely with experienced mobile product leaders who will support your development and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own and improve specific mobile features, flows, or end-to-end journeys
Turn merchant needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
Contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through development, launch, and iteration
Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product Marketing to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
Gather insights through user research, feedback, and data to identify improvement opportunities
Track mobile performance and key KPIs, and recommend changes to improve engagement, retention, and conversion
Build strong product management skills in prioritisation, decision-making, and stakeholder communication, supported by mobile product leaders
Requirements:
Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
A data-driven mindset and comfort using insights to inform decisions
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and product delivery practices
A collaborative, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
Basic understanding of mobile UX/UI principles
Nice to have:
Exposure to mobile app development (native or cross-platform)
Experience with product analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer
