As a Product Manager - Mobile and Print is responsible for the full lifecycle of the Mobile and Print product ecosystem, covering mobile devices and services, telecom expense and usage management, and enterprise printing solutions. This includes mobile subscriptions and policies, telecom cost optimization via Tangoe, cloud printing platforms (MyQ Roger), and managed print services delivered by Kyocera and other suppliers. This role defines product strategy, develops and maintains the roadmap, and drives adoption, performance, cost efficiency, and innovation to meet evolving business needs. It focuses on delivering simple, reliable, and cost-transparent mobile and print experiences, in close partnership with engineering, cybersecurity, procurement, finance, operations, and external vendors, while ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Mobile and Print services
Translate business goals, compliance requirements, and employee experience needs into system requirements and actionable features
Ensure alignment with platform and enterprise architecture, security, sustainability, and regulatory standards
Drive business adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
Monitor and report on product usage, feature adoption, and YoY adoption growth
Collaborate with Digital Workplace Technology leaders and Local DWT teams to ensure global rollout success with local relevance
Define and track KPIs for service availability, performance, cost efficiency, and user experience
Manage risks, enforce compliance, and ensure standardization across geographies
Leverage analytics from platforms such as Tangoe and MyQ to identify improvement opportunities and optimize services
Manage the product backlog (epics, features, user stories) using Agile / SAFe methodology and tools such as Azure DevOps
Participate in PI planning, estimations, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners, SREs, and Engineers
Collaborate with the Technology Leader to plan engineering capacity for Program Increments (PIs), ensuring alignment between roadmap priorities and available technical resources
Ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and service enhancements
Support audits and ensure quality gates are met for releases
Lead vendor selection processes (RFP, RFQ) and oversee delivery from: Telecom providers and Tangoe, Cloud printing platform MyQ Roger, Managed Print Services provider Kyocera and others
Define service scope and licensing / commercial models for mobile and print tooling
Ensure compliance and optimize usage and costs across the mobile and print ecosystem
Collaborate with Finance, FinOps, and RTEs to manage OPEX / CAPEX, Annual Business Plan (BP), and cost optimization initiatives
Serve as the single point of contact for business stakeholders regarding Mobile and Print product strategy and performance
Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction through continuous alignment, transparency, and communication
Guide business teams on future capabilities and innovations in mobile services, telecom management, and enterprise printing
Identify gaps and introduce innovative solutions to improve mobile and print services, automation, and employee experience
Lead proof-of-concepts and pilot programs for new mobile, telecom, or printing technologies
Contribute to Digital Dexterity initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and usage of services
Participate in swarming and crisis management sessions in coordination with Product Operations (SREs) and Business Continuity teams
Drive reduction of incident (INC) volume related to Mobile and Print services by addressing root causes through product improvements, standardization, and automation
Improve incident deflection by ensuring high-quality, up-to-date knowledge articles, self-service content, and clear end-user guidance in collaboration with Service Operations
Contribute to reduced incident resolution time by improving product stability, simplifying service workflows, and supporting clear operational documentation and runbooks
Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations, minimizing service disruption
Engage in QA and release planning to ensure high quality and predictable rollouts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in IT product management, digital workplace, or service management roles
Experience with: Mobile services and Telecom Expense Management (Tangoe or similar)
Experience with: Cloud printing platforms (MyQ, PaperCut, or similar)
Experience with: Managed Print Services providers (Kyocera or equivalent)
Proficient in product management frameworks (Agile, SAFe) and tools such as Azure DevOps
Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with outsourcing vendors and managing vendor performance
