Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Micromobility team, someone passionate about building scalable, data-driven pricing solutions, who will own the pricing product vision and strategy, and work closely with cross-functional partners to balance rider demand, operational sustainability, and seamless user experience across our global e-scooter and e-bike fleet.

Job Responsibility:

  • Defining the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with domain(s) and/or vertical objectives and user needs
  • Designing experiments for deliverables (with your analytics partner) to inform product decisions and positioning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch
  • Prioritisation of features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer requirements and data analysis
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterate on the product based on data insights
  • Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, ideally within tech or mobility
  • comfortable building products in fast-paced, agile environments
  • excelled in previous Pricing roles (Operational, Strategy or Product) that require an understanding of pricing tradeoffs, price models and level optimization
  • demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain
  • strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) along with experience in utilising product management tools
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • exceptional communication and collaboration skills
