Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Medical Equipment portfolio across Italy, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. You will support daily marketing activities for key product lines (e.g., diagnostic cardiology, low‑acuity vitals, surgical solutions, patient support systems), ensuring alignment with strategy and business goals. Acts as the Italian marketing team coordinator and key reference for product launches, campaigns and portfolio communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop annual portfolio plans and manage product launches
  • Track business performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Execute marketing programs, promotions, digital campaigns and pricing initiatives
  • Manage marketing budget and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate company presence at conferences and exhibitions
  • Lead internal and external portfolio communication with support from Communications
  • Work with European Marketing for alignment and resource sharing
  • Support training development and market research activities
  • Monitor competition and communicate insights effectively
  • Act as the point of contact for portfolio updates and promotions
  • Oversee demo product management and provide guidance to junior marketing staff

  • Organize and conducts cycle meetings, instructing the MSRs on the use of new literature / promotion materials, as well as updates team on new development in NHS, products and regulations communicated to him by the NHS Management. Ensures that action points arising from these meetings are followed up and implemented
  • Monitor and report competitors’ activities and his/her territory and propose action plans accordingly
