Job Description

Kimal is an innovative manufacturer and distributor of customised procedure packs and vascular access devices, supporting clinical departments in more than seventy countries worldwide. Each year, we produce over two million products across a range of specialties including Cardiology, Radiology, Pacing, Laparoscopy, and Cardiac Surgery. Our pioneering central venous catheter technology is helping to reduce patient risk and improve outcomes in hospitals around the globe. You will take ownership of a defined product portfolio, leading activity across the full product lifecycle from development and launch through to sustainment and end-of-life. Working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, you will ensure products are delivered effectively, compliantly, and in line with business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for your portfolio
  • Use market insight, customer feedback, and competitor analysis to shape product strategy
  • Lead products through development, launch, sustainment, and end-of-life
  • Work with clinicians, customers, and internal teams to support product success and adoption
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and commercially effective outcomes
  • Support product training, literature, and market-facing materials

Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minium of 5 years’ experience within product management or medical device-related marketing
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product launches
  • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations (MDR)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical, clinical, and regulatory information into clear messaging

Nice to have

  • Experience in cardiology or radiology product areas
  • Experience working with clinicians, hospitals, or healthcare environments
  • Broader product management experience within a regulated setting
