Job Description

The Market Intelligence & Communications Manager will serve as the central hub for product intelligence, competitive insights, and stakeholder communications across the Private Credit product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product – Private Credit, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining a single source of truth for all product materials, competitive intelligence, performance analytics, and client-facing communications.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the generation and maintenance of all product materials for Private Credit, partnering closely with product leads and the commercial go-to-market (GTM) team to create and maintain a centralized, authoritative source of truth for product capabilities, roadmaps, and positioning
  • Lead the upkeep and centralization of product and technology-related competitive intelligence, establishing systematic processes to capture, organize, and disseminate insights on competitor capabilities, market positioning, and industry trends
  • Produce and distribute regular competitive intelligence summaries across the Private Credit team, highlighting real-time market developments, emerging threats, strategic opportunities, and differentiation points
  • Establish and implement standards and consistent DevOps processes for prioritization, roadmap management, stakeholder communication, and monitoring
  • Nurture ideation into focused, actionable user stories aligned with business strategy in a complex environment and aligned with resource allocations
  • Generate regular product analytics and performance reporting, leveraging product usage metrics, adoption data, and engagement analytics to provide actionable insights on feature utilization, client behavior, and product-market fit

  • Maintain and evolve the design partner program for Private Credit (and expand to Real Assets and Private Equity as applicable), centralizing key topics and feedback themes across product leads and UX teams to ensure client voice systematically informs product strategy and prioritization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategic communications, with demonstrated expertise in product ownership, go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder engagement across complex technology platforms
  • Fluency in Private Credit markets, including strong understanding of investment workflows, data concepts, fund administration, and institutional client needs within alternative investments
  • Proven experience designing and executing communication and training campaigns at scale, leveraging AI and digital tools to create personalized, audience-specific messaging that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement
