We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic cloud and infrastructure product portfolios within Vodafone Cloud & Infrastructure (VCI). This role sits at the centre of VCI's transformation into a modern, product-led organisation and is responsible for shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments.
Job Responsibility
Own and lead large, end-to-end cloud and infrastructure product portfolios, from discovery through launch and scale
Define and communicate a clear, long-term product vision and roadmap aligned to VCI strategy and customer needs
Drive delivery of high-quality product outcomes on time, balancing innovation, risk, and operational stability
Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas, influencing strategic decisions across VCI and VOIS
Partner closely with Engineering, Technology Innovation, BRM, Delivery, Finance, Commercial, Sales and Go-To-Market teams
Champion customer-centricity, UX excellence, and evidence-based prioritisation using data, insights, and KPIs
Mentor and support other Product Managers, contributing to a strong, scalable product culture
Requirements
A strategic product leader with strong end-to-end product lifecycle experience, from ideation to scaling
Deeply customer-focused, with proven discovery skills and the ability to translate needs into valuable solutions
Experienced in cloud, infrastructure, and automation technologies, with solid technical fluency in IT infrastructure
Confident influencing senior stakeholders and leading through collaboration in complex, cross-functional settings
Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using KPIs, insights, and experimentation to guide decisions
