We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager IV to join our team in Austin, TX. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and enhancing financial systems within the Accounts Payable Suppliers domain. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of product strategies that optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and elevate user experiences. This position requires a strong ability to bridge business and technical perspectives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with long-term business objectives and stakeholder needs
Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear and actionable product documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs)
Facilitate communication between business users and development teams to ensure seamless integration of complex business processes and technical solutions
Lead and actively participate in Product Increment Planning sessions to align cross-functional teams and ensure successful product delivery
Identify, evaluate, and continually refine end-user personas and user journeys to align solutions with business needs
Partner with stakeholders to create detailed business cases for new solutions, secure necessary resources, and gain approval
Monitor industry trends, stakeholder feedback, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for product and process improvements
Conduct user testing, surveys, and interviews to gather actionable insights and drive enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and alignment of systems and business processes
Drive strategic thinking and influence decision-making across the organization to foster collaboration and innovation
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on financial systems and Accounts Payable domains
Advanced knowledge of Workday Financials and related systems
Strong skills in documentation, analytics, and planning processes
Expertise in process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and integration of technical solutions
Proficiency in designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and A/B testing
Ability to analyze metrics and reporting data to identify key performance indicators and improvement areas
Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with manufacturing, quality assurance, and production processes
