Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager – IoT & Business Development who will join our Product Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive IoT- and AI-enabled product and service initiatives from concept to execution and scaling
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities leveraging connected products, data and AI-driven insights
  • Structure and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players such as service providers, energy companies and technology partners
  • Define and oversee the data value chain including data collection, quality, governance, analytics and AI readiness
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business cases with defined value, costs and KPIs
  • Work closely with engineering, data, platform, legal, privacy, after-sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Manage global stakeholders while balancing regional requirements with central priorities
  • Ensure initiatives move beyond pilots into repeatable and scalable solutions
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize outcomes based on data and insights
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, IoT, digital platforms, AI-enabled products or business development
  • Strong understanding of AI, analytics and data-driven business models
  • Experience in developing scalable business cases based on technology and data
  • Knowledge of data management, governance and privacy considerations
  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder and global environments
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured action plans
