Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and deliver high-impact initiatives within our Inventory platform. This role sits within a multi-product ecosystem and requires strong execution discipline, operational thinking, and clear backlog ownership. This is an individual contributor role for a Product Manager who thrives in complex, operational SaaS environments and wants to deliver measurable impact within a mature platform organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Own a defined product surface area within the global Inventory platform
  • Translate operational customer pain points into scalable product solutions
  • Prioritize and manage a clear backlog aligned to business KPIs
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer teams to deliver features on a predictable cadence
  • Support enhancements across both legacy and growth initiatives while maintaining roadmap discipline
  • Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps within your defined scope
  • Own backlog prioritization, balancing customer feedback, data insights, and commercial impact
  • Deliver features tied to operational KPIs such as labor efficiency, compliance adherence, inventory accuracy, or margin optimization
  • Ensure clear acceptance criteria, documentation, and release readiness
  • Partner with Engineering in sprint planning, refinement, and delivery ceremonies
  • Engage directly with customers to understand workflow friction and operational constraints
  • Identify opportunities for automation, forecasting improvements, and workflow simplification
  • Translate real-world operational complexity into intuitive product experiences
  • Contribute to competitive and market awareness within hospitality and workforce technology
  • Define success metrics at feature inception
  • Track adoption, usage patterns, and KPI impact post-launch
  • Drive iteration based on measurable performance
  • Maintain transparency with stakeholders on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management within SaaS or enterprise software
  • Experience in hospitality, workforce management, retail, or operational systems is strongly preferred
  • Experience with forecasting, automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and user-first problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
