Product Manager Intern

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gaming payment solutions
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user feedback to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, compliance, operations) to define product requirements and deliver high‑impact features on time
• Drive payment product improvements focused on user experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth
• Prioritize product backlog, manage releases, and track key metrics (e.g., approval rates, churn, transaction value)
• Partner with risk, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows across regions
• Work with business development and partner managers to integrate new payment methods and gaming partners
• Continuously analyze performance data to optimize features and support business goals

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodology
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar is a plus
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Willing to work Onsite from Miami Office
