Job Description

You will join our Financial Services Squad, the team owning all features related to payment integrations (Stripe & PayPal), invoicing, and our payroll tool. These systems are mission-critical for studio owners, who rely on bsport to manage their revenue flows, payouts, and financial compliance. As a Product Manager Intern, you will collaborate daily with Product Managers, Designers, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers to shape and expand these core financial components. You will be based in Barcelona, working within a 50+ person Product & Tech organisation, embedded in a dedicated 7-person squad. We operate in an agile environment with weekly releases, a strong culture of ownership, and constant iteration.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to building the product roadmap for financial features
  • Analyse user needs through feedback, support interactions, and interviews with our partner studios
  • Transform business needs into clear, structured product requirements (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria)
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers throughout the delivery cycle to ensure smooth and timely execution
  • Monitor feature performance using data to validate adoption and impact
  • Support product communication by preparing release notes, documentation, and feature announcements

Requirements

  • Master student in engineering, computer science or any equivalent degree from a top rated engineering program in France
  • Looking for a final year internship from 4 to 6 months with possibility to switch to full-time, or a second gap-year internship for the same duration
  • Can move to Barcelona for the duration of the internship as it’s required to be on-site
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and a product mindset
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to work on features with high business impact

Nice to have

Familiarity or practical exposure to technical concepts (APIs, databases, payments), or SQL langage, are a bonus
