You’ll play a key role in modernising platforms, improving operational efficiency, and driving digital transformation across the business.
Job Responsibility
Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs
Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure aligned and cohesive platform development
Monitor insurance technology trends, regulation, and competitive landscape
Establish and track KPIs for adoption, efficiency, and business value
Partner with senior leadership to ensure product direction supports strategic objectives
Facilitate requirements gathering and user workshops across multiple stakeholders
Engage with external partners, vendors, and integration providers
Present product updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Define and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases
Make decisions on feature prioritisation, trade-offs, and technical debt
Deliver engaging product demonstrations to internal and external audiences
