Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic direction, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of a defined portfolio of industrial products and supplier partners across Australia and New Zealand, including their data acquisition business
  • Market analysis, supplier engagement, portfolio optimization, and the development of tools and programs that drive sustainable growth
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between supplier partners and our internal commercial, marketing, and operational teams
  • Ensure the portfolio is competitively positioned and aligned with customer needs
  • Develop strategic customer relationships to drive new business and market share
  • Spend approximately 15-20% of time in the field to engage directly with the market

Requirements:

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • Prior Product Management or leadership experience with domain expertise in the Industrial or Environmental or Small Devices markets
  • Demonstrated success in consistent execution and revenue growth within a commercial environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans, including the use of AI-driven tools
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in project lifecycle management (concept to delivery) is preferred
  • familiarity with APAC/global markets is an advantage
  • Collaborative, highly organized, and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities in a fast-paced setting
