Job Responsibility:
Strategic direction, commercial performance, and lifecycle management of a defined portfolio of industrial products and supplier partners across Australia and New Zealand, including their data acquisition business
Market analysis, supplier engagement, portfolio optimization, and the development of tools and programs that drive sustainable growth
Serve as the central point of coordination between supplier partners and our internal commercial, marketing, and operational teams
Ensure the portfolio is competitively positioned and aligned with customer needs
Develop strategic customer relationships to drive new business and market share
Spend approximately 15-20% of time in the field to engage directly with the market
Requirements:
Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
Prior Product Management or leadership experience with domain expertise in the Industrial or Environmental or Small Devices markets
Demonstrated success in consistent execution and revenue growth within a commercial environment
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans, including the use of AI-driven tools
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in project lifecycle management (concept to delivery) is preferred
familiarity with APAC/global markets is an advantage
Collaborative, highly organized, and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities in a fast-paced setting
Nice to have:

Sales & Marketing background is highly advantageous
