As a Product Manager – Industrial Automation, you will be part of a portfolio team responsible for managing a range of industrial components, including logic, electronic, and signaling solutions. Reporting to the General Manager, you will own the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of assigned products.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute product roadmaps
Ensure portfolio profitability
Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements
Support new product launches by developing commercial messaging and sales collateral
Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Balance technical and commercial priorities
Act as a key liaison between customers, engineering, manufacturing, and sales
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional international travel
Nice to have:
2+ years of experience in product management or product marketing, with exposure to product development, manufacturing, sales, and distribution
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage projects on time and within budget
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience working cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
Background in industrial automation, control systems, or electrical components
Familiarity with control system design, control panels, or industrial equipment commissioning
Understanding of distributor, reseller, or representative-based sales models
Experience working with third-party suppliers or private-label products
