Job Description:

Do you want to make a difference in healthcare at scale? This role will be instrumental in the mission to connect customers to a wide array of health-care products and services available via partnerships, with a focus on solutions for chronic or complex-longitudinal conditions. Through internal and external partner integration and marketing activities, we enable access for millions of customers to healthcare benefits and services that might be paid for by their employers/insurers. These health programs support them on their journey to treating conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, mental health, and more. This role will play a leadership role in product strategy, development, and go-to-market activities across the team and help lead initiatives for growing the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to research, design, develop and launch product solutions
  • Use high judgement to define strategy, write business requirements, provide technical input, and develop go-to-market plans
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Lead stakeholders within a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Work closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features
  • Manage and own delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
