Job Responsibility:
Own a customer problem area within WPD, from problem definition and PRD/roadmap to execution with engineering and launch/landing with customers and field
Define and deliver WPD features: Translate customer needs into platform features and guidance, partnering across product groups and stakeholders
Drive AI-forward product innovation: Embed AI as a core competency in product design and user experience. Move from static specs to rapid experimentation and model-first thinking, applying AI actively in day-to-day workflows
Drive cross-team collaboration: Partner with engineering, PM, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end scenarios and support customer enablement
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies
Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
