Job Responsibility:

  • Own a customer problem area within WPD, from problem definition and PRD/roadmap to execution with engineering and launch/landing with customers and field
  • Define and deliver WPD features: Translate customer needs into platform features and guidance, partnering across product groups and stakeholders
  • Drive AI-forward product innovation: Embed AI as a core competency in product design and user experience. Move from static specs to rapid experimentation and model-first thinking, applying AI actively in day-to-day workflows
  • Drive cross-team collaboration: Partner with engineering, PM, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end scenarios and support customer enablement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in multiple software product development methodologies
  • Effective cross-group collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive results in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
