As a Product Manager within CPX, you’ll contribute to advancing Commerce’s strategic pillars, including: Delivering high-quality, consistent, and actionable experiences across commerce scenarios; Supporting modernization of Microsoft’s commerce ecosystem for greater impact and efficiency; Participating in innovative efforts around AI-powered, personalized, and predictive solutions; Helping ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence on a global scale; Enabling extensibility, modularity, and resilience across our platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support product strategy and execution aligned with Commerce’s strategic pillars and Microsoft’s business objectives
  • Requirements gathering, roadmap planning, design, delivery, and measurement
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
  • Experience a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and Microsoft security standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years’ experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, or engineering
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), distributed systems, or compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness, coupled with a curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the field of Artificial Intelligence
