Job Responsibility:
Analysis of Customer and Market Signals - Identifies customer needs and market opportunities using data and AI. Engages customers for feedback, researches competitors, and collaborates across teams to improve products. Uses AI to prioritize features and track performance with OKRs and KPIs
Go To Market - Promotes new features through presentations and events. Partners with marketing and engineering, supports product launch, and helps create support plans
Product/Service Definition - Works with partners and leadership to shape product vision and strategy. Uses AI to draft vision and identify the customer base. Tracks performance, aligns with business goals, and prioritizes investments
Product/Service Development - Collaborates to build, test, and improve products. Gathers feedback, ensures security, and uses AI for insights. Iterates designs, prioritizes features, and builds scalable, high-quality systems
Product/Service Performance - Retires features, communicates changes, and supports customer transitions. Tracks performance metrics, engages customers for feedback, and improves support processes

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
Experience with Analytics and Data Integration area
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
