The Product Manager II (PM II) for Growth Analytics in IDEAS owns the definition and delivery of broader, end‑to‑end product scenarios that enable teams across Microsoft to experiment, measure impact, and make data‑driven decisions about Copilot growth. This role operates with significant autonomy in an environment with ambiguity, multiple dependencies, and evolving customer needs.
Job Responsibility:
Own broader experimentation and analysis scenarios, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and outcomes
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that connects multiple investments into a coherent end‑to‑end experience
Anticipate risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts, and make informed tradeoffs
Drive the development of robust experimentation and analysis tooling
Partner with data science and engineering teams to ensure experimentation frameworks are reliable
Promote hypothesis‑driven experimentation
Use quantitative telemetry and qualitative customer insights to inform product decisions
Define and monitor success metrics
Apply analytical rigor to evaluate outcomes
Work closely with engineering, design, and data science to define requirements
Communicate product direction, progress, and results clearly
Proactively identify when additional alignment or help is needed
Engage with internal customers to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs
Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
Ensure alignment between product direction and broader business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Microsoft Cloud Background Check
