Job Description:

As Product Manager for Security & User Management, in the Merchant Experience Domain, you’ll own and evolve Mollie’s identity and access management (IAM) platform - the foundation for how users, roles, and permissions work across all Mollie products. You’ll build the systems that allow companies to operate safely and efficiently within Mollie - from managing user access to sensitive data, to enabling admins with full oversight and control. You will design and deliver a flexible, secure, and delightful multi-user management experience that scales with our customers’ needs - from small businesses to complex team-based organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead an entrepreneurial cross-functional team with a strong focus in Engineering, bringing structure and planning
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Security & User Management, including roles, permissions, authentication, and entitlements
  • Build a modern IAM foundation that supports both current and future Mollie products
  • Drive development of multi-user capabilities - empowering admins to manage teams, access, and permissions effortlessly
  • Partner with engineers and designers to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences that balance control with simplicity
  • Prototype and validate user experiences to ensure solutions truly meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and data privacy teams to ensure regulatory alignment and security best practices
  • Partner with other product teams to ensure a consistent and secure identity model across Mollie’s ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Product Manager working on products with multiple users, roles, and permissions
  • A strong product sense and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - engineering, design, operations, compliance, and support
  • Ability to prototype user experiences to explore and communicate product ideas effectively
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable driving clarity across teams
  • A passion for creating products that are as secure as they are easy to use
