The Office Shared Services & Experiences team sits at the heart of the Office Product Group, powering shared, AI‑forward experiences that connect hundreds of millions of users to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint across web, mobile, desktop, and Mac. As a Product Manager II focused on delivering value into our Apple Ecosystem, you will help define and deliver shared product capabilities and user‑facing features that scale across the broader Office ecosystem. You will collaborate deeply across engineering, design, research, data science, and business teams to build intuitive, intelligent, and impactful productivity experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leverage user research, data analysis, and competitive insights to define product scenarios, gather requirements, plan roadmaps, set success metrics, and measure outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Nice to have:

  • Experience and passion shipping on Apple platforms
  • Experience contributing to or delivering features within a large‑scale product ecosystem
  • Familiarity with hypothesis‑driven product development, experimentation frameworks, or product‑led growth principles
  • Experience working with AI technologies, generative models, copilots, or workflow automation
