Job Description:

The Product Manager – Internal Analytics will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of analytics solutions that empower internal business functions—Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product—to make informed, data-driven decisions. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring our analytics ecosystem—anchored in Microsoft Power BI and Fabric—delivers measurable impact, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of internal analytics solutions across global business units
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to translate business challenges into actionable analytics products
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous enhancement
  • Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to identify optimal analytic architectures and ensure solution scalability
  • Work closely with the Global Support team to prioritize and resolve user issues efficiently
  • Maintain and communicate the analytics roadmap, project status, and release updates to business and executive stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends, including advancements in data analytics, AI integration, and business intelligence technologies

Requirements:

  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple analytics initiatives simultaneously
  • AI Integration and Innovation: Ability to identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation into analytics solutions
  • Data Analytics: Strong grasp of analytical methods, data visualization best practices, and performance measurement
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft’s business intelligence stack, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related Azure data services
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build relationships, gather requirements, and align expectations across departments
