Job Description

Abnormal AI is seeking an ambitious and growth-oriented Product Manager to drive innovation within our Abnormal Data Platform (ADP) team. Our mission at Abnormal is to protect organizations from sophisticated cybersecurity threats. With our innovative approach to email security, account takeover detection, and the expanding use of AI technology, we have become one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the world. The ADP Division focuses on two critical pillars: Enable downstream data access through platform integrations. Better integrations unlock richer data, better detection, and product expansion. Provide the unified data infrastructure that transforms raw enterprise data into structured knowledge, powering Abnormal's detection across products. As a Product Manager, you will own the API integration experience—building the trust and seamless connectivity that unlocks the data powering our platform. You will leverage AI tools daily and prototype rapidly using tools like v0. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, GTM, Product, and executive leadership to deliver measurable customer value.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead product definition and execution for the integrations experience that powers Abnormal's behavioral AI engine
  • Design enterprise-grade experiences with granular permissions, clear data collection context, least privilege principles, and robust observability that make customers want to grant deeper environment access
  • Set quality standards for UX, error handling, health monitoring, and reliability
  • Prototype and ship rapidly using AI tools in collaboration with Engineering
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate integration pain points into product decisions
  • Balance customer requests against platform strategy and product expansion requirements

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of product management experience, or equivalent technical experience with proven product thinking and customer focus
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, authentication mechanisms, and error handling patterns
  • B2B SaaS experience where integration quality is mission-critical
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering and GTM teams
  • Proficiency with AI tools for daily productivity, decision-making, and rapid prototyping
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate feedback into product decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguous challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or security compliance
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Identity Providers)
  • Startup experience in high-growth environments
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
