Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager – HR Core, who will be responsible for the end to end product ownership and modernisation of payroll and time solutions, ensuring compliant, scalable, and user centric services across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have the accountability for Employee Document Management (EDM) and ServiceNow (SNOW) HR solutions, ensuring effective document lifecycle management, compliance, accessibility, and seamless integration with Payroll, Time, and HR Core services. The role acts as the key interface between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, driving simplification, standardisation, and value delivery across Payroll, Time, HR data, and HR service platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure Payroll, Time, EDM, and SNOW solutions comply with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and manage risks related to delivery, data quality, compliance, integrations, and vendor dependency
  • Support release, change, and incident management processes to ensure service stability and business continuity
  • Ensure employee document structures, access rights, and retention rules are consistently applied across markets
  • Deliver agreed product roadmaps, features, and improvements on time, within scope, and at the required quality
  • Improve employee and HR user experience through reliable, intuitive, and well integrated solutions
  • Measure and track product performance using agreed KPIs
  • Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Payroll, Time, HR EDM, and HR ServiceNow solutions
  • Act as the primary functional and product expert for Payroll and Time, ensuring best practice usage and continuous improvement
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to delivery, AMS, and vendor teams to ensure stable and high quality service delivery
  • Foster a results oriented and collaborative working environment with a strong customer and user focus
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and up to date knowledge of payroll, time, HR services, and HR technology trends
  • Apply Agile and DevSecOps ways of working to maximise delivery speed and quality

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll and/or Time solutions within complex, multi country environments
  • Strong experience with Payroll, Time & Attendance enterprise HR solutions
  • Proven experience in product management, solution ownership, or HR platform ownership roles
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance, time processes, and HR data dependencies
  • Experience with Workday, Employee Document Management solutions, document workflows, and HR service platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Agile / DevSecOps delivery models
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal delivery teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a global, matrixed organization
  • Continuous improvement of mindset and ability to drive change in complex environments
