Job Description

Work on impactful Housing & Energy products with BRE. At BRE, we’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Housing & Energy product portfolio. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our products deliver real value to the housing and energy sector. Help BRE make buildings safer and more sustainable!

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through to launch, enhancement, and retirement
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps that support BRE’s strategic objectives
  • Monitoring product performance, including commercial success, customer feedback, and market relevance
  • Collecting, analysing, and prioritising customer, market, and business requirements to shape product improvements
  • Undertaking market and competitor research to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Building compelling business cases to justify product investments and enhancements
  • Supporting pricing decisions for products and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—development, sales, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts—to deliver product outcomes
  • Communicating product strategy, performance, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
  • Representing BRE and the Housing & Energy products at industry events, seminars, and webinars
  • Ensuring alignment with BRE’s wider product portfolio for consistency and strategic coherence

Requirements

  • Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to development, launch, continuous improvement, and retirement
  • Strong understanding of how to monitor and report on product performance, including commercial and customer impact
  • Experience contributing to pricing decisions and supporting commercial strategy
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and support data-driven decision making
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to manage expectations and escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to interpret complex technical or policy documents and translate insights into actionable product decisions
