Job Description

Binariks is looking for a Product Manager to join a project - a clinical trial technology platform. It’s designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform. The role focuses on execution excellence - translating product strategy and priorities into a well prioritised backlog and clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams. Working in close partnership with Product Managers, engineering, design, QA, and data teams, the Product Manager ensures that teams are building the right capabilities at the right time, with clarity, quality, and measurable impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned to product strategy and roadmap priorities set by Product Management
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product vision, roadmap goals, and success measures into executable delivery plans
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and product performance data to inform backlog prioritisation, scope decisions, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the creation and refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are unambiguous, testable, and delivery-ready
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to guide solution design, resolve trade-offs, and address ambiguity during delivery
  • Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, with a focus on value delivery
  • Make day-to-day prioritisation and scope decisions within agreed product direction, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints
  • Track and interpret delivery-level metrics and outcomes, providing insights to Product Managers to support roadmap and portfolio decisions
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to business and technical stakeholders, escalating where decisions are required
  • Champion best practices in Agile and product delivery, continuously improving team effectiveness and consistency of execution
  • Mentor and support junior Product Owners or analysts, contributing to overall product delivery maturity
  • Perform all other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar delivery-focused product role
  • Demonstrated ownership of backlog prioritization and delivery for complex digital products or platforms
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers to execute against defined product strategy and roadmaps
  • Experience using customer, user, and performance insights to drive product improvements
  • Experience working in regulated, data-intensive, or enterprise environments (life sciences or healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Perform all other duties as needed or assigned
  • Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform delivery decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements, trade-offs, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership for delivery quality and value realisation

Nice to have

  • Certification in Scrum Product Ownership, Agile, or Product Management
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers to define product success metrics, and owning delivery-level tracking and insights to support product and portfolio decisions
  • Comfort working with data (e.g., SQL, analytics tools, Python or R) to support insight generation and decision-making
