We are seeking a highly analytical and impact-driven Product Manager – Growth & Monetization to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of mobile subscription-based applications. This role is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and validating product, UX, monetization, and growth initiatives with direct and measurable revenue impact. The position sits at the intersection of Product, User Acquisition (UA), Monetization, CRO, Ads Monetization, and Business Intelligence (BI).
Job Responsibility:
Analyze app performance, user behavior, and funnels to identify monetization and revenue growth opportunities
Define, scope, and prioritize revenue-driving product and UX initiatives supported by clear business cases
Ensure roadmap initiatives include forecasted revenue impact, ROI, and success criteria
Drive improvements across trial conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, and overall revenue efficiency
Partially own Ads Monetization strategy across the app portfolio in collaboration with Monetization, UA, and BI teams
